Work Environment: The physical demands are classified as medium. This includes walking, standing for up to 4 hours without breaks, repetitive hand and arm movements, bending, reaching, frequent lifting (average 5–15 pounds), occasional heavy lifting (up to 40 pounds), and continuous interaction with customers and coworkers in a fast-paced setting. Exposure to cold temperatures (33–55°F) and hot equipment (>135°F) is possible. Tools used include ovens, slicers, proofers, and kitchen utensils. The role may involve exposure to allergens.
