Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff inside a jail/correctional facility. You will prepare and serve meals following menus and work instructions, using a variety of utensils and equipment.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 21 years old, with preference for prior institutional food service experience. You will report to a Food Service Director and work on-site in a correctional setting.

The Food Service Supervisor oversees inmate labor and team members assisting with the food service operation in a correctional facility. You will also prepare and serve a variety of food items following assigned work instructions and menus and use a variety of food preparation utensils and machines in preparing food.
You will report to a Food Service Director. You will work onsite inside of a jail/correctional facility.
