• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and serve breakfast and lunch according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and respectful manner, providing fast, accurate, and courteous service.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area, adhering to sanitation and cleanliness protocols.
• Support teammates with daily food prep, catering orders, and cleaning tasks as needed.
• Follow basic food handling guidelines and all departmental SOPs consistently.
• Practice “clean-as-you-go” habits to maintain hygiene throughout the shift.
• Assist with washing dishes, sweeping, mopping, and end-of-day breakdowns.
• Monitor food freshness and restock as needed while minimizing waste.
• Comply with local, state, and federal food safety and workplace safety standards.
• Participate in team huddles, communicate effectively with leadership, and maintain a positive attitude.
