What You'll Do

• Serve food to residents, consumers, youth or employees (e.g., set up and/or tear down service lines; portion, slice and/or wrap food; deliver trays; set and/or clear tables; set up and/or clear carts; get supplies from storage).
• Clean work and service area (e.g., rinse and stack trays, dishes, cookware and silverware; empty trash; clean oven and/or dishwasher; mop floors; operate pot, pan and dishwashing machine).
• Prepare vegetables and fruits for cooking or serving; make sandwiches, salads, dressings, gelatins, and/or beverages; toast, grill and fry foods.

Qualifications

Formal education in reading and speaking common English vocabulary and arithmetic including addition and subtraction of whole numbers. In accordance with Section 124.11(B)(2) of Revised Code, the Director of Administrative Services has determined this classification to be unskilled labor and exempt from written examination.

Or equivalent of the Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.
