Program Statement:

Under immediate supervision, assist in preparing and serving meals, and cleaning the kitchen, utensils, and equipment.

What you will do:

• Ensure that the activities of this position and relevant programs are consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Catholic Charities, Diocese of.
• Receive and verify food from suppliers.
• Store, heat, serve, and package meals according to caterer's guidelines.
• Distribute food, butter, condiments, and desserts for service counter or individual servings.
• Obtain food supplies from refrigerator and storage areas.
