Job Summary and Qualifications

The TriStar Food & Nutrition Patient Service Representative is responsible for obtaining food preferences, preparing, and delivering quality food and supplies to patients daily, exemplifying excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include:

• Obtaining patient menu preferences according to dietary restrictions.
• Preparing, delivering, and collecting patient meals promptly.
• Delivering, labeling, and tracking nourishments and/or tube feedings as needed.
• Maintaining and updating patient information in Computrition Hospitality Suite accurately.
• Performing competencies as listed on the Competency Checklist and meeting performance goals annually.

Qualifications required:

• High School Degree or Equivalent.
• Preferred: 1 year of food service experience.
• Food Handlers or ServSafe Certification within 90 days of hire.
