Location: Lourdes Health System - 1600 Haddon Ave

Position Responsibilities:

1. Receive, store, prepare/produce, clean, and serve.
2. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all products delivered for use within the Food Service Department and put away in appropriate locations.
3. Safely handle and store all products according to applicable guidelines.
4. Follow recipes, production standards, and assignments.
5. Assemble trays and plates according to customer needs.
6. Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment.
7. Safely operate kitchen equipment according to established guidelines.
8. Attend to customers face-to-face or via phone, and handle all cash transactions following cash handling policies.
9. May be required to work off-site.
10. Follow all regulatory guidelines as required.
11. Communicate effectively to identify issues and ensure corrective measures are implemented.

Position Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Ability to speak English.
• Prior Food Service experience preferred.

Hourly Rate: $17.30 - $20.67. The actual salary/rate will vary based on applicant's experience as well as internal equity and market data.
