Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a full-time Food Service Utility Supervisor at 9500 Euclid Ave, Cleveland, OH 44195. Direct the activities of associates during a shift and oversee that job expectations are met with high standards of quality and safety. Some evenings and weekends are required (6:30-2:30pm).

Minimum of three years of culinary/kitchen management experience is required. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour with full benefits and opportunities for growth

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure tasks meet policy and quality standards.
• Provide training and create work schedules for the team.
• Evaluate staff performance, recognize top performers, and address performance gaps.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety targets.
• Serve as the contact for employee questions, issues, and time-off requests.
• Mentor staff and encourage career growth within the organization.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
