Job Summary

Maintain kitchen work areas, ensuring equipment and utensils are clean and organized.

Essential Duties

1. Sweep and mop floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
2. Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other food prep surfaces.
3. Remove trash, sanitize garbage cans.
4. Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
5. Assist with banquet and front-of-house setup.
6. Load, unload, and deliver supplies and products.
7. Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
8. Follow sanitation and safety protocols.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
