Compass Group USA, through Gourmet Dining & Chartwells Higher Education, is hiring a full-time Food Service Utility at Drew University The Commons in Madison, NJ. You will maintain kitchen work areas and keep equipment clean, supporting safe food preparation and service.

The schedule is Thursday through Sunday, 6:00 am to 11:30 pm, with a pay range of $19.00–$23.50 per hour. Prior food service experience is preferred, and online applications are accepted.

Qualifications

• Prior food service experience is preferred.
• Full-time schedule requires weekend availability.
• Location: Drew University The Commons, Madison, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors to maintain safety and sanitation.
• Wash work surfaces and equipment.
• Transfer supplies between storage and prep areas.
• Assist with banquet setup and front-of-house tasks.
• Help load and unload supplies and deliver products.
• Ensure proper sanitation and safety compliant operations.
