Job description

Job Summary

Maintains kitchen work areas, and keeps equipment and utensils clean and orderly. Food Service Utility positions are available full‑time and part‑time at the Babson Executive Conference Center (1 Woodland Hill Drive, Babson Park, MA 02457). Applications are accepted online only.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Sweeps and mops floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards.
• Washes work tables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food preparation surfaces.
• Removes trash and places it into designated containers. Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assists with banquet table and front‑of‑house set‑up.
• Assists with loading, unloading, and delivering supplies and products.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Complies with outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous prep, cooking, and dish experience preferred.

Pay Range

$20.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour.
