We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Food Service Utility positions at Mercersburg Academy, 100 Academy Drive, Mercersburg, PA 17236. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule: Full and part-time hours, with varying days and hours. Must work one weekend day. More details will be provided upon interview.

Requirements: Must have food service experience.

Pay Range: $16.50 to $18.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Maintains kitchen work areas, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of equipment and utensils.

Essential Duties:

• Sweeps and mops floors to meet sanitation standards.
• Washes work surfaces, walls, refrigerators, and other food prep areas.
• Removes trash, steam cleans or hoses garbage cans.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assists with banquet and front-of-house setup.
• Loads, unloads, and delivers supplies and products.
• Distributes supplies and utensils as needed.
• Follows sanitation and safety protocols.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
