Job Summary

Maintains kitchen work areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization of equipment and utensils.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Sweeps and mops floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
2. Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces.
3. Removes trash and sanitizes trash cans.
4. Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
5. Assists with banquet setup and front-of-house arrangements.
6. Loads, unloads, and delivers supplies and products.
7. Distributes supplies, utensils, and equipment as needed.
8. Follows sanitation and safety guidelines.
9. Performs additional duties as assigned.
