Job summary

Eurest USA in Chicago, IL is hiring immediately for full and part-time Food Service Utility positions at 353 Social, 353 North Clark Street. Online applications are accepted only. Restaurant experience is required; schedule is Monday–Friday with hours varying.

Onsite training is provided and there is an internal referral bonus available. As a Food Service Utility, you will maintain kitchen work areas, keep equipment clean, and assist with loading and unloading supplies.

Responsibilities

• Sweeps and mops floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other food prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and sanitizes garbage cans.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assists with banquet table and front-of-house setup.
• Loads or unloads and delivers supplies and product.
• Distributes supplies and utensils as needed.
• Follows sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Sweeps and mops floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and places it into designated containers. Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assists with banquet table and front of the house set up.
• Assist with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and product.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Complies with outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
