Job summary

Eurest in Marlborough, MA is hiring for a full-time Food Service Utility at RTX - 1001 Boston Post Road. You will maintain kitchen work areas and keep equipment clean while supporting food service operations. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM.

Kitchen experience is required. This role emphasizes safety and sanitation, with duties spanning cleaning, waste handling, and basic setup. The position is part of Eurest's team delivering high standards of service.

• Maintain kitchen work areas and keep equipment clean.
• Sweep and mop floors to meet sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and place into designated containers.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assist with banquet table and front of the house setup.
• Assist with loading/unloading and delivering supplies and product.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Complies with outlined sanitation and safety requirements.

• Performs other duties as assigned.
