Job summary

Eurest, part of Compass Group USA, is hiring for a Food Service Utility in Bluffton, SC. This role supports kitchen cleanliness and daily foodservice operations at Montage Palmetto Bluff. No previous experience is required, and training is provided.

Schedule includes full-time or part-time with weekends and holidays as needed. The position pays $18.00 per hour and offers the opportunity to grow within a nationwide foodservice organization.

• Maintains kitchen work areas and keeps equipment and utensils clean and orderly.
• Sweeps and mops floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.

• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas.
• Assists with banquet table and front-of-house setup.
• Assists with loading/unloading and delivering supplies and product.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Complies with sanitation and safety requirements.

• Sweeps and mops floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and places it into designated containers. Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assists with banquet table and front of the house set up.
• Assist with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and product.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Complies with outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
