Job summary

We are hiring for a full-time Food Service Utility at Eurest, located at BOA Hopewell Cafe, 1350-1300 Merrill Lynch Drive, Pennington, NJ. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm. Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and dispose in designated containers; steam cleans or hose out garbage cans.
• Move supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assist with banquet setup and front-of-house arrangements.
• Assist with loading/unloading and delivering supplies and product.
• Distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Follow outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Summary: Maintains kitchen work areas, and keeps equipment and utensils clean and orderly.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
