Job Details

• We are hiring immediately for a full-time FOOD SERVICE UTILITY position.
• Location: 100 North Main Street, Winston Salem, NC 27101. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time; Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 2:30 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior food service experience is required.

• Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Maintains kitchen work areas, and keeps equipment and utensils clean and orderly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Sweeps and mops floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
2. Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.
3. Removes trash and sanitizes trash cans.
4. Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
5. Assists with banquet table and front-of-house setup.
6. Loads/unloads and delivers supplies and products.
7. Distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
8. Follows sanitation and safety requirements.
9. Performs other duties as assigned.
