Compass Group USA’s Bon Appétit Management Company is hiring immediately for full-time FOOD SERVICE UTILITY positions at Wingate University, Wingate, NC 28174. Hours are Monday through Friday; prior fast food experience is preferred and paid training is provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen work areas and keep equipment and utensils clean and orderly.
• Sweep and mop floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and place it in designated containers; steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assist with banquet table and front-of-house setup and with loading/unloading deliveries.
• Distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Comply with sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
