We are hiring immediately for a full-time FOOD SERVICE UTILITY position at HCSC, located at 1001 East Lookout Drive, Richardson, TX 75082. Online applications are accepted only.

Job Summary

The Food Service Utility maintains kitchen work areas, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of equipment and utensils.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Sweeps and mops floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
2. Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.
3. Removes trash, sanitizes garbage cans, and manages waste disposal.
4. Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
5. Assists with banquet and front-of-house setup.
6. Loads, unloads, and delivers supplies and products.
7. Distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
8. Follows sanitation and safety protocols.
9. Performs other duties as assigned.
