Job summary

Compass Group USA in Purchase, NY is seeking a full-time Food Service Utility to maintain kitchen areas and sanitation while supporting campus foodservice operations. The role includes cleaning workspaces, stocking and assisting with setup, and ensuring safety standards are followed.

• Removes trash and places it into designated containers; steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assists with banquet table and front of the house set up.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Complies with outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.

• Performs other duties as assigned.
