Job Summary

Maintains kitchen work areas, ensuring equipment and utensils are clean and organized.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Sweeps and mops floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
2. Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other food prep surfaces.
3. Removes trash, places it into designated containers, and steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans.
4. Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
5. Assists with banquet table and front-of-the-house setup.
6. Helps load, unload, and deliver supplies and products.
7. Distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
8. Follows sanitation and safety protocols.
9. Performs other duties as assigned.
