Job Description for Food Service Utility at Flik Hospitality Group

We are hiring immediately for a full-time Food Service Utility position at United Club - United Polaris Lounge, Newark, NJ 07114. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time; Friday through Thursday, 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm. More details will be provided during the interview.

Requirements: Prior dishwashing experience is preferred. Internal Employee Referral Bonus available.

Pay Rate: $22.40 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Maintains kitchen work areas, keeps equipment and utensils clean and organized.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sweeps and mops floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces.
• Removes trash, steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assists with banquet table and front-of-house setup.
• Loads, unloads, and delivers supplies and products.
• Distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
• Follows sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
