Job Summary

Maintains kitchen work areas, keeps equipment and utensils clean and orderly. Responsibilities include:

1. Sweeping and mopping floors for safety and sanitation.
2. Washing worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces.
3. Removing trash and cleaning garbage cans.
4. Transferring supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
5. Assisting with banquet setup and front of house arrangements.
6. Loading/unloading and delivering supplies.
7. Distributing supplies, utensils, and equipment.
8. Following sanitation and safety standards.
9. Performing additional duties as assigned.
