Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring immediately for a full-time Food Service Utility at Gartner INC in Stamford, CT. The role supports kitchen operations with cleaning, sanitation, and basic prep, Monday through Friday 6:30 am to 3:00 pm.

Preferred previous food service experience; standing for long periods may be required. The position offers weekends off, free meals during shift, and full benefits, with a pay range of $18.00–$18.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Sweeps and mops floors to maintain safety and sanitation.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and relocates it to designated containers; steam cleans/re hoses out garbage cans.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas.
• Assists with banquet table and front-of-house setup.
• Loads/unloads and delivers supplies and product.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Complies with sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
