+ We are hiring immediately for a full-time FOOD SERVICE UTILITY position.

+ Location: Cheshire Academy - 10 Main Street, Cheshire, CT 06410. Note: online applications accepted only.

+ Schedule: Full time; Sunday through Thursday, 11:30 am to 8:00 pm. More details upon interview.

+ Requirement: Prior food service utility experience is preferred.* Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available.

+ Pay Range: $16.35 to $16.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Maintains kitchen work areas, keeps equipment and utensils clean and organized. Essential duties include:

  1. Sweeping and mopping floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
  2. Washing worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces.
  3. Removing trash and cleaning trash cans.
  4. Transferring supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
  5. Assisting with banquet table and front-of-house setup.
  6. Loading, unloading, and delivering supplies and products.
  7. Distributing supplies, utensils, and portable equipment.
  8. Following sanitation and safety requirements.
  9. Performing other duties as assigned.
