Job summary

Morrison Living in Arlington, TX is seeking a Food Service Utility to support the kitchen and keep work areas clean and orderly. This role requires front-line teamwork and adherence to safety and sanitation standards in a fast-paced environment.

Open full-time and part-time schedules are available, with day, evening, and weekend shifts. Prior back-of-house food service experience is required, and a uniform is provided.

Responsibilities

• Sweeps and mops floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and disposes of it properly; steams cleans or hoses out garbage cans.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assists with banquet table and front-of-house setup.
• Assists with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and product.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Follows outlined sanitation and safety requirements; performs other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

• Complies with outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
