Morrison Living in Arlington, TX is hiring immediately for FOOD SERVICE UTILITY roles, both full-time and part-time. Join a team within a leading hospitality company and help maintain clean, safe kitchen spaces and support culinary operations.

The ideal candidate has back-of-house food service experience, is available on days, weekends and holidays, and is ready to contribute to a patient- and guest-centered dining program within Texas Masonic Retirement Community.

Qualifications

• Back-of-house food service experience required.
• Open availability; days and hours may vary; weekend and holiday availability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and dispose into designated containers; steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assist with banquet table and front-of-house setup.
• Assist with loading/unloading and delivering supplies and product.
• Distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Comply with sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Schedule: Full-time and part time schedules; Days and hours may vary. Open availability required. Weekend and holiday availability required. More details upon interview.


• Requirement: Prior back-of-house food service experience is required.

Job Summary

Summary: Maintains kitchen work areas, and keeps equipment and utensils clean and orderly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
