Responsibilities

• Maintain clean kitchen work areas and sanitize equipment.
• Wash work tables, walls, refrigerators, and prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and manage waste with proper disposal.
• Move supplies between storage and work areas.
• Assist with banquet setup and front-of-house tasks.
• Help load, unload, and deliver supplies and products.
• Distribute utensils and equipment as needed.
• Adhere to sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
