We are seeking dedicated individuals for the Food Service Utility Associate role at Memorial Health. This position involves working across various areas including room service dining, catering, cafeteria, and café. Responsibilities include preparing, transporting, serving, and cleaning to provide high-quality food and service to patients and retail customers. The role emphasizes quick, accurate, and courteous service, along with sanitation, cleaning, and infection control practices to ensure food safety.

Position Details:

• Part-time
• Evening shift, 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM
• Every other weekend

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• One or more years of food service experience preferred
• Experience in customer service preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge of food sanitation, health hazards, and safety precautions
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., stand and walk for extended periods
• Multi-tasking skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, stock, and sanitize workstations
• Assemble and deliver patient meals accurately and promptly
• Respond to patient requests and assist nursing staff as needed
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• Inventory management of nourishments and stock rotation
• Operate food service equipment safely
