Responsibilities

• Train Store Food Managers and Deli Team Members in food prep, safety, product presentation, and waste management.
• Conduct regular site visits to verify brand standards in merchandising, quality, SOP adherence, and cleanliness.
• Assist in creation, presentation, and branding of new/existing menu items for the Food Services Division.
• Engage with Guests to educate on menu items and drive sales growth.
• Promote Guest-centric service and experiences across the division.
