Job summary

Mercy - Rogers is hiring a Food Service Technician (FSW-I) to handle non-cooking tasks such as dishwashing, cold prep, salad production, serving, and tray passing. This part-time role covers 8 hours per week and supports a patient- and guest-focused environment.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least one year in a service-related setting. English reading, writing and speaking ability is required, with a courteous, cooperative attitude toward patients, guests

Requirements

Preferred Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Preferred Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in a service-related environment/industry.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Maintains relationship with patients and customers to attain quality satisfaction of food.
• Is courteous, considerate and cooperative when communicating with all patients, guests, team members, and hospital personnel.
• Ability to work in direct contact with a variety of foods.
• Able to meet schedule requirements (attendance and punctuality).
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
