• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross-functional teams and educates other associates on tools, tasks and resources.
• Be an Expert: Prepares food according to item specifications; plans for future productions and seasonality; adheres to food safety standards and inventory management; operates and sanitizes equipment.
• Be a Techie: Uses handheld technology to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and support production, ordering, and training.
• Be an Owner: Drives area performance; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control; eliminates waste and assists customers with purchases.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Acts as a brand advocate, supports training, and fosters a respectful, team-oriented environment.
• Complies with company policies and completes assignments by using data and resources; communicates progress and adapts to change.
• You will also receive PTO and/or PPTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes.
