Responsibilities

• Prepares, presents and serves food as needed.
• Performs prep work: washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures ingredients.
• Carries pans and trays to and from stations and refrigerators.
• Stores food following wrapping, dating and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies and equipment.
• Uses approved recipes to ensure quality and portion control.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Resolves customer concerns and relays information to supervisor.
• Ensures compliance with sanitation, safety and cash control procedures.
