Job summary

IKEA Draper is seeking a Food Service Team Member to help deliver the IKEA Food experience. You will prepare menu items, assist customers, and ensure fast, accurate sales with proper cash handling.

You will maintain cleanliness, operate equipment, follow safety and food-handling standards, support FIFO stock and price communication, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related experience.
• Food Handler Certification within 30 days of employment.
• Experience in a high-volume customer-facing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain IKEA Food menu items according to the IKEA Food concept and standards.
• Handle cash and process sales transactions accurately following policies.
• Maintain equipment operation and perform preventive/cleaning maintenance.
