Our ideal candidate is friendly, flexible, and ready to collaborate and work alongside other team members to serve customers quickly.

Responsibilities include:

1. Greeting guests and taking food orders.
2. Preparing food and pouring drinks.
3. Ensuring restaurant cleanliness daily by clearing tables, returning trays to the kitchen, sweeping and mopping floors, washing and sanitizing kitchen utensils, and servicing restrooms.
4. Operating kitchen appliances like ice cream dispensers, blenders, and espresso machines to create hot and cold drinks.
5. Cooking alongside kitchen staff, taking the necessary safety steps and adhering to sanitary standards.
6. Responding to complaints and issues from customers in a polite and professional manner in accordance with restaurant policy.
7. Welcoming customers as they enter the establishment and guiding them to where they should sit or stand to place an order.

Qualifications:

1. Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members.
3. Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
4. Previous experience working in food service is preferred.

Compensation: $12 - $15 hourly
