Job summary

Parkhurst Dining is seeking a Food Service Team Member. We offer flexible hours across a variety of shifts, cross training in many departments, and on-the-job training.

The starting pay rate for this position is $16.56 / hour. Daylight, Nights and Weekends available. Shifts will vary across many departments - barista, cooking, cash handling, cleaning, etc.

Whether you are a seasoned hospitality professional or new to the industry, we have shifts and schedules that will work for your busy life!

Responsibilities

• Interact with our guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Follow cleaning schedule as provided by management, using “clean as you go” techniques.
• Maintain an open line of communication with management, informing them of products and supplies needed.
• Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene.
• Assist fellow associates at every opportunity.
• Follow all Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards.
• Assist fellow team members at every opportunity; including but not limited to restocking condiments, bottled and bagged beverages and paper products.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

• Accurately complete tasks as assigned.
• Interact with our guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Follow cleaning schedule as provided by management, using “clean as you go” techniques.
• Follow side work schedule as provided by management.
• Maintain an open line of communication with management, informing them of products and supplies needed.
• Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene.
• Assist fellow associates at every opportunity.
• Follow all Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards. Uses Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
• Assist fellow team members at every opportunity; including but not limited to restocking condiments, bottled and bagged beverages and paper products.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
