Wage: $10 / hour + tips. Hours: 11:00AM to 8:00PM.

Job Summary

Responsible for serving and satisfying guests following department training guide. Team members may perform other tasks as directed by a supervisor.

Essential Functions

• Serve food and beverages to guests following company policies and procedures.
• Understand menu and drink recipes to ensure excellent guest service.
• Perform proper service of alcohol including requesting ID and intoxication procedures.
• Use POS system and handle cash/tips accurately.
• Comprehend wine list and pairing with menu items.
• Maintain accurate inventory listing.
• Pour drinks at appropriate levels and limit waste, ensuring all beverages go on the guest check.
• Attend to guest needs such as pre‑bussing, refilling drinks, and attending to accidents.
• Notify the manager on duty of any guest dissatisfaction before the guest leaves the table.
• Keep all dining room areas neat, cleaned, and stocked.
• Follow proper procedures for takeout including answering the takeout phone within three rings.
• Follow cleaning schedule as provided by management using “clean as you go” techniques.
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Follow company attendance policy including arriving for work timely, calling off procedures, and acceptable attendance records.
• Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene.
• Follow all guest satisfaction procedures and Hospitality Imperatives.
• Work well with others and assist fellow team members as needed.
