About Food & Beverage

The Food & Beverage team ensures a consistent guest experience by maintaining product freshness, stock levels, accurate pricing, and signage. They lead operations related to food safety, inventory, presentation, and promotions across the store.

Responsibilities

As a Food Service Team Leader, your typical duties include:

• Achieving sales goals through planning and execution of daily/weekly tasks.
• Scheduling shifts to meet guest and business needs, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Assigning tasks to team members based on traffic patterns and priorities.
• Monitoring food safety, inventory, and cleanliness in back-of-house and front areas.
• Upholding food safety standards and routines.
• Leading team development, including hiring and onboarding.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, security, and store policies.
• Engaging with guests to provide a welcoming and helpful experience.
• Performing other duties as needed based on business needs.
