Job Summary

Responsible for day-to-day operations of a food service operation, including overseeing staff, maintaining standards, and ensuring quality control. Must follow the Missouri Food Code and supervise staff accordingly.

Job Requirements
  • Education: Preferred High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience: Preferred 2+ years in food service or supervisory role
  • Skills: Basic reading, writing, math, computer skills, excellent communication, teamwork, physical ability to stand long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, move quickly, food safety knowledge
  • Licensure/Certification/Registration: N/A
