Job Description

We are hiring full-time Food Service Supervisors to join our passionate Food Services Team. In this role, you will work alongside a manager to coordinate and lead operations, oversee staff, collaborate with teammates, and assist where needed. This is an excellent opportunity to grow professionally while contributing to a vital service.

Job Responsibilities

1. Produce and maintain work schedules; prepare production packets (sheets and recipes).
2. Direct daily activities of the food service team.
3. Ensure food safety and quality in compliance with policies and department standards.
4. Store food items safely and organize storage areas.
5. Maintain serving schedules and ensure food is served according to menu specifications following company policies.
6. Maintain a sanitary environment adhering to health and safety regulations.
7. Keep accurate inventory records weekly.
8. Prepare orders as needed to meet production requirements.
9. Supervise, evaluate, and mentor employees; promote teamwork and morale.
10. Maintain a safe working environment.
11. Perform equipment maintenance logs and recommend replacements.
12. Ensure completion of food safety and temperature logs with corrective actions when necessary.
13. Perform preventative maintenance checks.
14. Assist with catering events, including occasional night and weekend work.
15. Attend staff meetings and maintain communication with team members.
16. May perform cashier duties as needed.
17. Promote positive public relations.
