Job Description

The Hourly Supervisor is responsible for improving the profitability of Operations. This person will ensure the highest level of customer service, safety, sanitation, quality, and consistency while driving sales and controlling costs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Control labor costs by supervising daily staffing levels and driving efficiency from all staff.
  • Manage production costs, supply costs, and inventory by adhering to all standards of operation.
  • Regularly audit service and quality.
  • Follow all standards and established tracking procedures daily.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
  • Supervise teamwork and service regularly.
  • Handle employee issues professionally while adhering to company policies.
  • Support and implement training programs to improve skills, serve guests better, build repeat business, grow revenue, and boost morale.
  • Assist in employee reviews and manage performance issues.
  • Ensure accurate adherence to time and attendance procedures.
  • Maintain staffing levels according to guidelines and adjust daily as needed.
  • Train employees on safety, health, and sanitation standards.
