Time to step up your career! We’re hiring full-time Food Service Supervisors to join our passionate Food Services Team. You’ll work alongside a manager to coordinate operations, oversee staff, and collaborate with teammates. We look forward to supporting your growth and passion.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Produce and maintain work schedules; prepare production sheets and recipes.
  2. Direct daily activities of the food service team.
  3. Ensure food safety and quality according to policies and procedures.
  4. Store food items safely and organize storage areas.
  5. Maintain serving schedules and ensure compliance with menu specifications and safety standards.
  6. Follow health and safety codes to keep the department sanitary.
  7. Maintain accurate weekly inventory records.
  8. Prepare orders to ensure proper production levels.
  9. Supervise, evaluate, and mentor employees; promote teamwork and morale.
  10. Maintain a safe working environment.
  11. Perform equipment maintenance and logging.
  12. Complete food safety and temperature logs, taking corrective actions as needed.
  13. Perform preventative maintenance and recommend equipment replacements.
  14. Multitask effectively and perform other duties as assigned.
  15. Fill in for absent employees when necessary.
  16. Manage catering events, including preparation and delivery.
  17. Work occasional night and weekend events.
  18. Attend staff meetings and communicate effectively with team members.
  19. Perform cashier duties if needed.
  20. Promote positive public relations.
Qualifications
