Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to manage inmate labor and a kitchen team inside a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve a variety of meals following menus and recipes, using restaurant-grade equipment and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and team members in the kitchen during food prep and food service shifts.
• Serve food during planned meal schedules and according to department procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils/equipment to cook food according to recipes and portions to meet nutritional needs.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for other employees/inmates.
