Time to step up your career! We’re hiring full-time Food Service Supervisors to join our passionate Food Services Team. You’ll work alongside a manager to coordinate and lead operations, oversee staff, collaborate with teammates, and assist where needed. We look forward to supporting your growth and passion.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Produce and maintain work schedules; prepare production sheets and recipes.
  2. Direct daily activities.
  3. Ensure food safety and quality according to policies and procedures.
  4. Store food items safely and organized.
  5. Maintain serving schedules and ensure proper food service per menu specifications.
  6. Follow health and safety codes to maintain a sanitary environment.
  7. Keep accurate weekly inventory records.
  8. Prepare orders as needed for accurate production.
  9. Supervise, evaluate, and mentor employees; promote teamwork and morale.
  10. Maintain a safe working environment.
  11. Complete maintenance logs and safety/temperature logs with corrective actions.
  12. Perform preventative maintenance and recommend equipment replacements.
  13. Multitask proficiently.
  14. Assist with other duties as assigned by the Food Service Director or Manager.
  15. Fill in for absent employees when necessary.
  16. Coordinate with catering events, ensuring timely preparation and delivery.
  17. Attend staff meetings and communicate effectively with team members.
  18. Perform cashier duties if needed.
  19. Promote positive public relations.
