Aramark in the United States is hiring full-time Food Service Supervisors to join our passionate Food Services Team. You will help oversee staff, coordinate operations with a manager, and ensure daily catering events are prepared and delivered on time.

This role emphasizes food safety, inventory management, and staff development. You’ll train teammates, maintain logs, and support cafeteria operations, with occasional night and weekend catering.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions.
• Must complete a sanitation course either before or during first year.
• Must be knowledgeable in operating an efficient cost-effective program.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic
• Maintain emotional control under stress
• Ability to resolve interpersonal situations
• Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain work schedules and may prepare production packets (Production sheets and recipes).
• Direct daily activities.
• Maintain food safety/temperature logs with corrective action, as necessary.
• Maintain accurate inventory on a weekly basis.
• Supervise and evaluate employees; counsel; promote employee growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork.
• Train/mentor other food service workers.
• May perform cashier duties as the need arises.
• Attend food service meetings with staff.
