Qualifications

• Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions.
• Must complete a sanitation course either before or during first year.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain work schedules and production packets as needed.
• Direct daily activities of staff.
• Ensure food safety/quality per policies and department requirements.
• Store food items safely and organize inventory.
• Oversee serving schedules and menu adherence.
• Maintain sanitary department and health code compliance.
• Prepare orders to ensure accurate production for location.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff; foster growth and teamwork.
• Maintain logs and preventive maintenance checks on equipment.
• Assist with occasional cashier duties and public relations.
