Job summary

Aramark is seeking a full-time Food Service Supervisor in Florida to lead a team, manage schedules, and ensure food safety and quality. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate with the Food Services Team, and contribute to meeting service goals at the location.

The role emphasizes staff development, adherence to Aramark policies, and maintaining a safe, organized kitchen and service area. Night/weekend catering may be required.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions.
• Must complete a sanitation course either before or during first year.
• Must be knowledgeable in operating an efficient cost-effective program.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Maintain emotional control under stress.
• Ability to resolve interpersonal situations.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain work schedules and production packets.
• Direct daily activities.
• Maintain food safety and quality per policies.
• Ensure safe storage and hazard-free environment.
• Maintain inventory on a weekly basis.
• Supervise staff and promote teamwork.
• Train/mentor other workers.
• May perform cashier duties as needed.
• Attend meetings and communicate with staff.
• Fill in for absent employees when required.
