You will work with the team to maintain clean stations, follow recipes, ensure accurate portions, log temperatures, and assist with catering or special events as needed. This role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in preparation of food items for the day.
• Coordinate setup and breakdown of stations as directed by manager.
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions.
• Maintain accurate portions when preparing and serving items.
• Maintain daily temperature logs.
• Take samples of all food items prior to serving.
• Notify management of any items not meeting quality standards.
• Complete opening and closing station checklists.
• Greet customers and collect feedback on service quality.
• Keep work stations, floors, equipment, walls and blocks clean and sanitized.
• Dispose of waste correctly and transfer supplies as needed.
• Support safety observations and report hazards to management.
• Cross-train in other areas as needed.
• Able to work in concessions, catering and special events.
• Perform tasks weekly, bi-weekly or monthly as requested.
