Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain work schedules and may prepare production packets.
• Direct daily activities.
• Maintain food production safety and quality per policies and department requirements.
• Ensure safe storage of food items.
• Maintain serving schedules; ensure items served per menu specs.
• Maintain sanitary department per health and safety codes.
• Keep weekly inventory records.
• May prepare orders to ensure accurate production for location.
• Supervise and evaluate staff; counsel and promote growth.
